Halo everybody I want to tell abaout my story during pandemic
The start of the pandemic in 2019 was in China. When March 2020 the pandemic began to come in Indonesia. Many activities have changed, from educational activities, personal activities, religious activities, etc. and my activities are often in the house I would like to share some of my activities during the pandemic. March 2020 campus activities are held at home and I will return to my hometown. At the start of my online lecture activities, I was happy because I thought I could relax during college. Several months later the assignments grew more and more. And I'm getting overwhelmed with this. I often video conferencing with friends. The task is rather light because you can work together and exchange ideas when doing assignments from lecturers. We continue for a few months and start in semester 6, which is the current semester. There are still many tasks as usual. Mentally and emotionally sometimes out of control because they are bored at home. I do sports to relax myself from the burnout of activities during the pandemic.
Actually the story above is still incomplete and my college activities are mostly assignments. During a pandemic there are things that change besides changing activities, but sometimes mentally and emotionally change oneself. Like being uneasy when faced with problems, emotions are not controlled, and socialization skills are reduced. So I found a solution when my mental emotions were disturbed, such as adequate rest, exercise, giving time to myself (me time).
